Because we know how important this is, BOGE offers specially-developed service packages to cater to your specific requirements. A basic rule for the commissioning of maintenance work by BOGE technical employees is as follows: The more comprehensive the service agreement, the better your levels of security and the less you’ll have to deal with as a system operator. There are a variety of service packages to choose from.

BOGE “Bestcair” Five-Year Warranty

BOGE “Bestcair” Five-Year Warranty available on all new BOGE Rotary Screw Compressors comprehensive parts warranty means that any part that fails during the 1st five years of operation is supplied free of charge (subject to Terms and Conditions). With BOGE “Bestcair” Five-Year Warranty, you can benefit from affordable service provided by BOGE certified technicians as well as from the exclusive use of BOGE spare parts.

 

BOGE  “Bestcair” Total Responsibility

Offering total piece of mind and fixed cost for up to 8 Years on BOGE Equipment, this package covers all scheduled maintenance work and breakdown cover. All spare parts and labour costs plus the disposal of operating fluids and old parts are included in BOGE Total Responsibility agreements. You’ll receive priority over non-contract customers and 24/7 365 days per year emergency breakdown call out cover without incurring any additional charges. As an optional extra, you can choose to have your system fitted with BOGE airstatus, a remote monitoring tool that alerts you to faults;  gives you access to real-time data queries and web visualisation; and acts as a secure data store. It also affords you the opportunity to view this data from anywhere in the world via the BOGE app on your Smartphone or tablet PC.

 

BOGE Maintenance Agreement

This package offers an affordable way to have our technical personnel maintaining all of your existing compressed air equipment ensuring reliable operation. During scheduled service visits, usually every 3,000 operating hours – and at least once a year – we will also carry out planned maintenance work on your compressed air system at an agreed fixed cost. All Parts and Labour costs for planned maintenance and the disposal of operating fluids and old parts are included in BOGE Maintenance Agreements. Priority over non-contract customers and 24/7 365 days per year emergency breakdown call out cover. Should additional maintenance or repairs be necessary, they can either be carried out on-the-spot or by appointment and invoiced separately to the contract.

 

BOGE Ad Hoc

This package is available on all Compressed Air equipment. Price is quoted as required by customer and is not subject to any agreement of schedule.
